• WHY A GUILD •

Guild: / (ɡɪld) /

an association of people with similar interests or pursuits.

especially: a group of merchants or craftspeople.

To us, a guild is much more than just an association of people with similar interests.  It is a group that helps provide inspiration, training and guidance to artists advancing their craft while fostering and promoting the economic interests of their members who may sell their wares.

It is also an opportunity to build stronger relationships within the clay community as we all continue on our individual clay journeys.

• WHAT WE ARE •

The Guild maintains a website for members to collaborate in sharing resources, ideas, and to offer guidance and support to each other.

Member committees will plan and produce networking events, an annual regional studio tour, guest artist lectures, shared Guild vendor table space at regional art markets, vendor insurance coverage options and more.

In addition, The Guild operates a fully equipped, 3500 sq ft facility known as Beanpod Studios, located in New Castle, PA.
